Relational Herbalism is for:

• Understanding the difference between Scientific, Heroic and Wise Woman traditions of healing.

• Observing plants within a close perimeter to your doorstep.

• Observing those same plants around your usual stomping grounds.

• Learning how to identify plants by flower with introductory botany skills.

• Learning simple Wise Woman Tradition preparations for remedies including tincture, vinegar and oil.

• Gaining internal sense awareness in order to understand “is this me, is this them? Is this coherent?”

• Improving your sense of smell and intuition.

• Gaining confidence in becoming the healer in your home.

During our 6 weeks you will:

• Meet each Thursday at 11:00 AM on Zoom for our 60-minute weekly class, or watch the recording at your leisure.

• Connect in a WhatsApp chat outside of class time where you can share pictures, musings, questions and celebrations.

• Make your remedies in alignment with the wheel of the year.

• Practice embodiment skills, breathing exercises and grounding techniques.

• Gain lifelong, practical skills for nourishing your wholeness at every age and stage.

• Become unbothered by challenge and ally with your problems from a place of deeply resourced support.
